Powerful, low-foam, alkaline, chlorinated cleaning agent. Ideal for use in CIP, closed-loop cooking systems, vats, pipelines and processing equipment.
Dilute CIP 247 at 0.5%(0.5:100) depending on soiling type, at 60-70 degrees celsius, and circulate through vessels and piping systems for between 15-60 minutes depending on soiling type.
Always finish CIP cleaning with a thorough flush, and pH test discharge water to ensure pH is the same as supply water source.
For hard surface clean dilute 1% to 5%.
