Multi-purpose degreaser and hard surface cleaner for benches, walls and floors. Designed to be diluted either automatically through a wall mounted dilution unit or manually with a plunger device.
For floor and general hard surface cleaning use at a ratio of 1:199 (0.5% soln, 5ml per litre) with warm or cold potable water. For spray-n-wipe applications use at a ratio of 1:49 (2% soln, 20mls per litre) with cold potable water, then apply to surfaces, and wipe with a clean cloth or paper towel.

Before use, all edible product and packaging material must be removed from the room. After using this compound, food surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
