The NZ Food Act takes a new approach to managing food safety, requiring providers to write a Food Control Plan (FCP) or to follow a national programme, depending on the risk level of the business. The National Kemsol support network is available to work alongside you in assisting with, or following your FCP. Kemsol can provide staff training to ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are met, with the ultimate goal being a balanced use of heavy-duty and concentrated products with environmental aims such as keeping staff safe, efficient use of water, energy and packaging and ensuring equipment & plant machinery is kept in good working order.
