An effective heavy-duty, alkaline detergent. It can be used for: CIP systems, vats, cookers, hoppers, general equipment and floors.
Dissolve at a ratio of 10-50g/litre with cold or hot water for cleaning vats and pipes in C.I.P. applications, or as required, depending on soiling levels and specific applications.
If mixing as a solution in a bucket always add to water slowly. Never add water to bulk powder, this product is caustic and may react violently.

Passed AsureQuality assessment for food / beverage / dairy factory food contact surfaces H2471 with conditions. This may be used in all areas. Before use, all edible product and packaging material must be removed from the room, unless the room can be divided into distinct areas, no edible product or packaging material is present in the areaduring cleaning and there can be no possibility of contamination of product or packaging material as a result of cleaning. After using this compound, food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
