Powerful non-DG alkaline cleaner and QAC sanitiser. Effectively cuts through food soils, grease, oil, and fat while cleaning and sanitising. Ideal for use on commercial cooking and baking equipment, food processing surfaces, floors, walls, benches, and other hard surfaces.
Spray & Wipe Applications and Light Soiling:
Use at a ratio of 1:50 (2% solution, 20mls per litre) with potable water.
Medium Soiling:
se at 1:20 ( 5% solution, 50mls per litre).
Heavy Cleaning & Degreasing:
Use at a ratio of 1:10 - 1:2 (10-33% solution, 100-333mls per litre). Rinse with potable water before use.
When diluted and used in accordance with Good Practice Protocol, this product provides general biostasis through the use of internationally recognised antibacterial agents. A minimum contact time of 10 minutes is recommended to achieve optimal results. At a 1% dilution rate, the product delivers 100 ppm of quaternary ammonium compounds (QAC).

May be used on surfaces that contact milk and food, providing these surfaces are drained and rinsed thoroughly after use. Because the product contains QAC sanitiser, do not use as a Clean-In-Place (CIP) cleaner for enclosed systems, because pooling in such systems may lead to contamination by detergent residues. This product may be used for cleaning large processing rooms provided the room can be divided into distinct areas, no edible product or packaging material is present in the area during cleaning and there can be no possibility of contamination of product or packaging material as a result of cleaning. After using this compound, food contact surfaces must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water before production starts.
